First I'm gonna start with the build-in swf export function in Adobe Indesign CS5. To use this method you should know a few basics of Adobe Indesign. My client delivered me the original print document (pdf). So I didn't need to organize all the pages by myself. If in your case, you've got all the pages in separate documents you should organize them first using Indesign.
After you've done that you need to add the browse function between all the pages. This is simple done by clicking Window > Interactive > Pagetransitions, than select all your pages and select the option "Page Turn (SWF Only)". This enable you to use the browse through the pages.
Next thing to do is exporting you're file to a SWF which you can add on your website. Exporting can be done using the following steps File > Export… choose "Flash Player (SWF)" under Format and Save. A pop-up should appear where you can set many different settings, such as format, background color and image quality. Click OK to export you digital web-book.
